JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. — (FCN) — A 12-year-old accused of groping a Neptune Beach woman, threatening to kill her and stealing her phone was arrested on a list of charges Thursday, police said.

The suspect, whom First Coast News is not identifying due to his age, confronted the woman near the 1500 block of 2nd Street South in Jacksonville Beach about 10:40 a.m. and slapped her on the buttocks, the victim told investigators. That’s when he lifted his shirt, showing a gun tucked in his waistband, and demanded cash, police said.

The suspect stole the victim’s phone and rode away on a bike, according to an arrest report. Afterward, police officers found a 12-year-old wearing the Orlando Magic jersey described by the victim and carrying the victim’s phone and a toy gun on 12th Avenue, the report said.
