FDNY is transmitting an MCI 10-32 (Ground Transport Incident) involving an overturned FDNY ambulance. There is no reported patient in the back of the ambulance at the time of the accident.
Both members of service have been extricated from the overturned ambulance and are en route to the hospital. One MOS is listed in critical condition with the other MOS listed in stable condition.
FDNY EMS is treating two other patients at scene listed in stable condition.
NYPD ESU is remaining on scene to upright the ambulance.
The intersection of Adams Street and Tillary Street towards Cadman Plaza East is closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
Traffic restrictions in the area are under review at this time.
