CLARKSVILLE, Tennessee — On Sunday, at 11:10 pm, the Clarksville Police Department responded to a shots fired call at the 900 block of Princeton Drive.
There were two victims found shot. An adult male, Brandon Jimenez, 22, is currently in critical condition. The 2-year-old victim, Joseph Bankston, died on scene. He would have turned 3 years old this month.
The suspect is still at large.
A motive for the shooting has not been released by Clarksville Police but a GoFundMe page set up for the family says it was a home invasion.
The description of the suspect is — he is a black male wearing a long black coat with a hood and a gray checkered shirt. The suspect’s vehicle is a maroon Chevrolet Impala LS and the year is unknown.
