CALIFORNIA — On January 7th, 2017, Eloise Elizarraraz, the mother of three young children, was murdered in the city of Sylmar while driving to work.
Detectives have positively identified Eloise’s ex-boyfriend as Jose Benjamin Rodriguez, who is currently wanted in connection with this murder. However, police have been unable to locate his whereabouts.
