Royal Jordanian Airlines is set to ban all electronic devices on flights to and from the United States, the airline announced Monday.
The new policy, to be implemented on Tuesday March 21st, was prompted by “instructions from the concerned U.S. departments,” a statement read.
“Following instructions from the concerned US departments, we kindly inform our dearest passengers departing to and arriving from the United States that carrying any electronic or electrical device on board the flight cabins is strictly prohibited.”
The ban excludes medical devices.
