(Scroll down for video) — The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a male black or Hispanic wanted in connection with a rape that occurred at approximately 4:45AM on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 in front of 1922 Amethyst Street in the Bronx.
The NYPD tells Breaking911.com that the suspect approached the 32-year-old female victim as she was walking and engaged her in conversation. He then punched her in the face and sexually assaulted her. The suspect then took $40 from the victim’s bag and fled the scene.
The suspect is a Black or Hispanic male, 5’6″.
