Tavon Railback, 19 was arrested by Oklahoma City police after he made threats to shoot and kill police officers.
He made threats on Facebook.
A probable cause affidavit shows Railback posted a photo of himself holding a semi-automatic handgun with a caption and emojis that reads “Bust some shotz @ ah Opp Den Watch His Body Fall”
The arrest warrant has been issued for violation of the Oklahoma Anti-Terrorism Act and unauthorized use of a computer to violate state statute. Anyone with information on Railback’s whereabouts are asked to call 911 immediately.
