With another visit to the links, Trump looks to outpace Obama in golfing outings

WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump is one frequently teed-off POTUS. With visits to the links at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach on both Saturday and Sunday, he brought the number of his golfing trips to 11 since taking office eight weeks ago.

That means he’s on pace to out-golf his predecessor – former president Barack Obama golfed 333 times over his two terms, per CBS reporter and unofficial historian Mark Knoller.

White House aides have been coy about Trump’s golfing trips, saying Sunday that he was working at his club and “may hit a few balls.” Could be because during the presidential campaign, Trump was critical of links-loving Obama’s outings.
