An Arizona man has admitted to decapitating his wife and her two dogs in a tragic incident last month, he admitted to authorities that he was attempting to “get the evil out” of her, according to recently released court documents.
Kenneth Dale Wakefield, aged 43, told police that he had smoked marijuana and the drug spice an hour before the barbaric killings in his Phoenix apartment, documents showed.
Wakefield, with a history of mental illness also maimed himself in the incident, he was booked in to Maircopa County jail on August 1st on one country of first-degree murder and two counts of animal cruelty, he is currently being held on a $2 million bond.
Police also said that the Phoenix man severed his left arm at the elbow and proceeded to gouge out one of his eyes before being discovered.
