NEW YORK — Police are attempting to identify a body that washed ashore in Brooklyn Monday.
A student made the discovery at Brooklyn bay near Kingsborough Community College.
According to the Associated Press, the victim had ‘his arms tied around his back and his feet submerged in concrete.’ His body was also wrapped with plastic bags.
The man has a Virgin Mary holding a rose tattoo and police hope this will help ID the victim.
An autopsy is scheduled.
