JAPAN — At least 15 people were killed at a home for the disabled outside Tokyo on Monday.
The lone suspect went on his rampage in Sagamihara, Japan.
The male suspect, believed to be in his 20’s, wounded at least 20 more in addition to the 19 he allegedly murdered.
The suspect is in police custody alive, local media reported.
A motive for the attack was not known.
