ARIZONA — Police In Tempe, Arizona were responding to an active shooter and barricade incident at the Westchester Senior Center Wednesday.
The scene is at 6100 South Rural Road.
According to AZ Central, police were called to the location around 9:30 am local time.
An officer-involved shooting occurred but no one was injured.
The gunman reportedly barricaded himself inside the senior center and is in a standoff with a SWAT team.
No residents have been injured.
