WASHINGTON — There were reports of an active shooter at The Department of Justice building in D.C. Monday. An ‘all clear’ was later given.
Metro D.C. police responded in huge numbers.

Officers in tactical gear were sweeping the building. There were no initial reports of injuries.
According to local media, the response was due to threatening call made by a ‘third party’—which was determined to be unfounded.
The investigation is ongoing.
