LINCOLN, Nebraska — Two Lincoln County police Officer suffered non-life threatening injures Sunday night.
The gunfire rang out during a traffic stop. The scene is at 2900 N 73rd Street in Lincoln.
JournalStar.com reports: “Robert Lenzen said he lives about 25 feet from the house.
“I was sitting in my living room watching TV,” he said. “I thought there was fireworks, then there was police cars, there’s still a body in the street, looked like a police man was shot, people were screaming.”
Police said in a Tweet “Two officers were injured with NON life threatening injuries. Several people are being questioned as we piece together details.”
