WASHINGTON — A boat packed with multiple passengers capsized in the Washington Channel on the D.C. waterfront Monday afternoon.
The incident happened near the 14th Street Bridge.
According to WRC-TV, a D.C. fire boat was at the scene rescuing the passengers from the water.
It was unclear if there were injuries.
