CLEMSON, S.C. – A student at Clemson University was found dead at Memorial Stadium. Police say he fell some 120 feet from the stands.
The freshman was identified as 19-year-old Michael Joseph Aaron of DeKalb, Georgia.
According to WHNS in Greenville, South Carolina, the student’s body was found behind the football stands. Pickens County Deputy Coroner Gary Duncan told the station investigators were not sure why Aaron might have fallen.
The Coroner’s Office, the State Law Enforcement Division and Clemson University police are investigating.
