BREAKING: Elementary School Principal Arrested For Online Solicitation of a Minor

FRISCO, TEXAS — Oscar Figueroa, 46, was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon at Stonebriar Centre Mall in Frisco. Officers said he was communicating with detectives he thought were children.

On Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at approximately 1500 hours, Detectives with the Frisco Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division arrested Oscar Figueroa, W/M 46 years of age, for Online Solicitation of a Minor at the Stonebriar Centre Mall. 

There were no children contacted by Figueroa during this incident, as his actions consisted of dialogue with Detectives only. 

Figueroa is a Principal at Viridian Elementary in the Hurst Euless Bedford ISD.
