An F-16 jet has crashed around two miles south of Joint Base Andrews, fire officials confirmed.
Two people ejected from the jet and emergency services have located them.
Roads near the surrounding area have been closed.
The incident happened in the 4200 block of Steed Road in Clinton, Maryland.
