MANHATTAN — NYPD Special Operations and the U.S. Coast Guard were on scene in the Hudson River Tuesday–near West 39th Street.
The response comes after a ferry boat reportedly plowed into a group of kayakers.
Officials report a total of 11 patients, at least three of whom sustained serious injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
