NASHVILLE, Tennessee — Police responded to a shots fired call outside of the Greater Grace Temple Community Church at 901 Dalebrook Ln Sunday morning.
According to local reports, an empty vehicle was struck and no one was injured.
Nineteen shell casings were found at the scene.
The building was full of church-goers at the time, they were told to stay inside as police investigated.
Investigators were focusing on an SUV in the church parking lot with shattered windows, WSMV reported.
No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
