WASHINGTON (WUSA9) — Police are searching for a man they say escaped from a D.C. psychiatric institute.
Kenneth Clayton is charged with simple assault, assault on a police officer, threats, possession of unregistered ammunition and being a fugitive from justice. Clayton escaped the Psychiatric Institute of Washington (PWI)
Clayton is described as a black male standing at 6’2″ tall and weighing about 208 pounds. Clayton has a medium to dark complexion, has tattoos on both forearms and is bald, police said.
