Man Shot Dead Outside Calif. Church

STOCKTON, California — Tuesday afternoon, Stockton police Officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 400 block of S Ash St.

Upon arrival officers located a 42 year old white male in front of the Hurricane Missionary Baptist church suffering from a fatal gunshot wound.

According to Fox40, there was an argument between two men and then gunshots were heard, said Rosie Calderon, a spokeswoman with the Stockton Police Department.

Detectives have little suspect information at this time.
