Salinas, California — Two people were declared dead and at least two others were wounded after a shooting in the parking lot of the Salinas Social Security office and IRS building around 8:30 Thursday morning.
A witness told the Californian the gunman was saying he ‘didn’t mean to do it,’ after the incident took place.
The report said scanner traffic indicated the shooting may be domestic, this is not confirmed.
The suspect is in police custody. No further details were available.
