Several schools nationwide fell victim to robocall bomb threats on Monday – and the reports keep coming in.

So far today, multiple schools in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Massachusetts, Delaware, New Hampshire, Iowa, California, Nebraska and Wisconsin were targeted.

Colorado Springs police told KKTV the telephonic threats ‘normally play a pre-recorded message.’

Most of the affected schools were evacuated. The schools included elementary, middle and high schools.

The FBI and Joint Terrorism Task Force have been notified of the incident.

Earlier today, bomb threats closed more than two-dozen British schools as the caller said ‘shrapnel will take children’s heads off.’ It was unclear if these threats were related.

No one has been injured.

An investigation is underway.
