Comedian and actor Charlie Murphy has died at age 57 following a battle with leukemia.
According to TMZ, Murphy passed away at a hospital in New York City where he was undergoing chemotherapy treatment.
He was the older brother of Eddie Murphy. He is most notable as being a writer and cast member of the Comedy Central sketch-comedy series Chappelle’s Show.
