Spencer Stone who was hailed as a hero after the French train terror attack was stabbed multiple times in Sacramento, California on Wednesday night.
He is in stable condition, according to local reports.
The Air Force confirmed the stabbing: “He is alive and in stable condition at this time,” the Air Force said in a statement. “We do not have any information as to the events preceding the incident.”
Spencer Stone has now been transported to a local hospital and is now being treated for his his injury, the U.S. Airforce has confirmed in a statement.
Defence officials also confirmed that the stabbing took place in Sacramento, California on Wednesday night, but the circumstances remain unclear.
