On Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 6:56AM, the NYPD responded to a 911 call of an unconscious aided male inside of 9 East 91 Street at the Russian Consulate.
Upon arrival, police observed a 63-year-old male with unknown trauma to the head, unconscious and unresponsive.
EMS also responded and pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
A Medical Examiner is yet to determine the cause of death.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
The identity of the deceased is pending family notification.
