A farm has caught fire on East Howe Rd in Tallmadge, Ohio, reports Phil Trexler.
Update: As many as 20 horses have perished from the fire, including some that were raised by the owners since they were born.some raised since foals.
The cause of the fire is reported to be accidental and ignited as a worker was defrosting the water lines.
Mindale Farm worker said the horses were howling in fire, couldn’t be saved: “You could hear them, but we couldn’t get them out.”
