OKLAHOMA — A Southwest Airlines employee was reportedly killed in a shooting at Will Rogers Airport Tuesday.
Police confirmed one male was found shot near a ticket counter–the victim transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Officials urged residents to avoid the airport and check their flight statuses online—all arrivals and departures were suspended.
Police shut down the airport and told everyone inside to shelter in place.
Officers were reportedly investigating a truck in the parking garage.
