BALTIMORE — Police were on the scene of a multiple people shot call on N. Payson Street Tuesday afternoon.
According to local reports, four people were shot.
The victims’ injuries appear to be non-life-threatening, WBAL reported. It’s unclear if a suspect is in custody.
