Teen Found Murdered After Going Missing on Her Way To Church

DALLAS, Texas -- At around 8:30 a.m., officers responded to the 11700 block of Dixfield Drive regarding a 2007 white Honda Odyssey in the creek. Upon the officers’ arrival, they found Zoe Hastings, 18, deceased from obvious homicidal violence.

DALLAS, Texas — Around 8:30 a.m. Monday, Dallas Police officers responded to the 11700 block of Dixfield Drive regarding a 2007 white Honda Odyssey in the creek.

Upon the officers’ arrival, they found Zoe Hastings, 18, deceased from “obvious homicidal violence,” police said.

The victim’s family told police that she left home at around 4:45 p.m. yesterday evening, in a white 2007 Honda Odyssey, license plate BF62154 to attend a 5:00 p.m. class at her church which is located at 10700 block of East Lake Highlands Drive.

Police are asking citizens who may have seen her or the white Honda Odyssey during this time period to call the Dallas Police Department Homicide Unit (214) 671 -3584 or the Crime Stoppers Tip Line (214) 373- TIPS.
