Cops Looking For Suspect Who Fired Gun at 12-Year-Old In Manhattan

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video and photograph in connection to an attempted assault that occurred within the confines of the 24 Precinct. Details are as follows:

It was reported to police that on Tuesday April 11, 2017, at approximately 2:15 p.m. in front of 927 Columbus Avenue, the individual fired one shot at the 12 year-old male victim following an exchange of words. The individual then fled northbound on Columbus Avenue on foot. No one was injured as a result of the shots fired.

The individual is described as a male black, 5’9″; last seen wearing a black shirt and blue shorts.
