Inverness, FLORIDA– Police responded to a disturbance call in a Florida trailer park. 46-year-old Dawn Renee Cameron was trying to light her neighbor’s truck on fire when officers arrived.
According to reports, the deputy shot Cameron after she took his stun gun and pointed it at him. She later died at the hospital.
The Officer was placed on leave while an investigation is conducted.
