ALAMEDA, Calif. – Federal, state and local K-9 teams are scheduled to conduct helicopter training at Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco, Wednesday, at 9:00 a.m. in preparation for Super Bowl 50, the U.S. Coast Guard announced.

“The training will familiarize the K-9s and handlers with helicopter operations and safety,” the statement said.

The training will include federal, state and local canine teams.

Super Bowl 50 will be held on February 7, 2016 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, the home stadium of the San Francisco 49ers.
