Danny Mitchell was selling firearms on a group site on Facebook.
An undercover investigator with the Third Judicial District Drug Task Force made a controlled purchase from Mitchell, purchasing a Mossberg 500 12 gauge pump shotgun.
Officers arrested Mitchell without any incident. Mitchell who was out on bond for Possession of Firearms by a felon. He was taken into custody on the same charge.
