HOUSTON, TX. — (Scroll Down For Video) — A Houston woman is seen on video assaulting a couple who were taking photos of their 1-year-old baby.
The incident happened on North Boulevard in the Broadacres neighborhood.
According to KTRK, the area ‘has been under dispute, as neighbors have posted signs to ban photo shoots throughout the community.’
City officials say the area is a public right-of-way and the couple had a right to be there. They have filed a complaint with police.
“We had to take a stand is what we basically had to do because people were going into people’s gardens, standing on people’s front steps and they felt that they could just take over the neighborhood,” HOA president Cece Fowler told the news station.
