The video below is shocking and disturbing.
It happened on Thursday afternoon in Spring Valley, NY (Rockland County).
Police say that at around 6:00 pm, a toddler playing outside was attacked by a pitt bull belonging to a neighbor.
Surveillance video shows the dog run across a street and attack the 3-year-old boy.
Thankfully, the injuries aren’t life threatening and the toddler is recovering and was fortunately released from the hospital.
The video below has additional footage from a previous incident involving the same dog.
Police have since taken the dog away.
