CALIFORNIA — The Los Angeles police department was responding to a reported drone strapped with explosives, possibly fireworks, near downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The LAPD’s bomb squad was en route to the drone, which was reported on top of a building in the 1000 block of West 7th Street.
No evacuations were immediately ordered.
It was unclear who was in control of the device or if they intended harm.
