One person is injured.
An eyewitness told NewsChannel 5 they saw a black Dodge sports car driving fast from the direction of the mall and almost collide with a Des Peres patrol vehicle.
The witness said the female officer got out of the patrol vehicle and opened fire on the driver of the sports car.
