The gunman killed by police after going on a killing rampage at Umpqua Community College in Oregon is 26-year-old Chris Harper Mercer. He was a student at the school.
At about 10:38 AM, the 911 center received a report of a shooting at the College. Police units from multiple juristictions responded.
10 people were killed, including the shooter. Multiple others were injured.
President Obama on Friday ordered flags be flown at half staff until sunset Tuesday in honor of the victims of the shooting.

VICTIM 2. Quinn Glen Cooper of Roseburg — 18 years old.
VICTIM 3. Kim Saltmarsh Dietz of Roseburg — 59 years old.
VICTIM 4. Lucas Eibel of Roseburg — 18 years old.
VICTIM 5. Jason Dale Johnson of Winston — 33 years old.
VICTIM 6. Lawrence Levine of Glide — 67 years old. Mr. Levine is the teacher.
VICTIM 7. Sarena Dawn Moore of Myrtle Creek — 44 years old.
VICTIM 8. Treven Taylor Anspach of Sutherlin — 20 years old.
VICTIM 9. Rebecka Ann Carnes of Myrtle Creek — 18 years old.
