Lawrenceburg, Ky. – On Wednesday, February 21, 2018, Kentucky State Police responded to a complaint of Terroristic Threatening at Emma B. Ward Elementary School at 1150 Bypass North in Anderson County.
The Kentucky State Police received a call of Terroristic Threatening after a threat was written in a bathroom of the school that read “I am going to shoot up the school this week”.
During the course of the investigation, Kentucky State Police Detectives determined the threat was made by an 11 year old female student.
The 11 year old juvenile was charged with one count of Terroristic Threatening 2nd.
The investigation is ongoing by the Kentucky State Police Detectives.
