NASHVILLE, Tennessee — Accused violent fugitives Edward Luna and Michael Mosely are now jailed after SWAT officers located them late Saturday night at a tattoo shop on Dickerson Pike.

Officers watched as Luna and Mosely moved in and out of a stolen Honda parked in front of the business.  At 7:30 p.m., officers, assisted by canine units, surrounded the location and moved in to make the arrests.  Luna was apprehended without incident.  Mosely took off toward a wooded area and was apprehended by police dog Dooley and his partner, Officer Ron Black.

Luna, 23, and Mosely, 18, were considered armed and dangerous after an incident early Wednesday morning on Colt Drive in Bellevue where Mosely is alleged to have stabbed a man in the stomach before Luna shot him in the arm during a dispute relating to Luna’s 14-month-old daughter.

Detectives determined Luna and Mosely went with two women to the residence to pick up Luna’s 14-month-old daughter from her grandmother.

An argument ensued between the four persons who arrived by car and the four adults at the home, which continued as Luna and Mosely were pulling away with the child.

Luna is also currently on federal probation for stealing weaponry from law enforcement vehicles.  He is being held in lieu of $210,000 bond on multiple counts of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.  Mosely is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond on two counts of aggravated assault.
