OKLAHOMA — A mother and her daughter from Duncan, Oklahoma are facing felony incest charges after officials discovered the two were married.
25-year-old Misty Spann reportedly married 43-year-old Patricia Spann in March of 2016.
According to KFOR, investigators ‘discovered the illegal relationship in August while investigating the children who were inside the Spanns’ home.’
The two were arrested and booked in the county jail.
Patricia Spann married one her own sons in 2008, the report said.
