A NYC prostitute was killed on Sunday when she jumped out of a third floor window in Queens at 135-32 40th Road.
The 38-year-old made a deal to perform a sex act with an undercover cop while they were inside the apartment.
During the course of the operation, an attempt was made to apprehend the prostitute from the third floor apartment. While officers attempted to gain entry, units positioned outside the location observed the female fall from the third floor and land on the sidewalk sustaining severe injuries to her head and body.
EMS was immediately requested and transported the female to New York Presbyterian Hospital Queens where she succumbed to her injuries.
The New York City Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and an investigation is being conducted by NYPD’s Force Investigation Division.
In March 2016 an individual was arrested at this same address for running an illegal massage parlor. It is unknown if this was the same female that died today.
