JACKSONVILLE, FL — Tyrell Brown, 32 has been arrested for the murder of Steven Grady, 25.
Police say the victim was driving a car when the suspect, a passenger, woke up and shot the victim in the face one time. They were driving from Orlando to NC.
Prior to the murder, police say Brown had used “Loveboat” which was articulated as a cigarette dipped in formaldehyde and marijuana.
