NEW YORK — On October 17, New York State Police Canandaigua arrested Tristin M. Mayes, age 31, from Clifton Springs, for one count of Promoting an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child.
Between the months of March 2015 and June 2016, Mayes made a video of himself engaging sexual contact with a one year old female, police say.
Mayes was arraigned in the Town of Victor Court before Victor Town Justice Thomas Reh and was remanded to the Ontario County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 secured bond.
