CALIFORNIA — Edward Lund, a 54 year old man from Fresno, died from injuries suffered in a cycling accident on the steep decline on King Ridge Road approaching Hauser Bridge in the in the unincorporated region of Sonoma County, north of Cazadero.
The accident happened during a charity bike race Saturday.
There was no indication of foul play or interference by any other cyclists on the roadway.
Lund’s family was located and informed of his death.
