Man Runs From Cops, Drives Into Prison Parking Lot

TOLEDO, OHIO — Police arrestedĀ Jason Davis after his vehicle ran over stop sticks that deflated his tires.

Officers arrested the man early Wednesday after he drove around the outside of the Toledo Correctional Institution and then back into parking lot.

Court records show that the charges against Jason Davis of Monroe, Michigan, include vandalism of government property, drug possession and failing to use his turn signal.

The 33-year-old suspect is due in court Thursday.


 

Toledo is the fourth most populous city in the U.S. state of Ohio after Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus and is the county seat of Lucas County.

Toledo is in northwest Ohio, on the western end of Lake Erie, and borders the state of Michigan
