From WSMV: Kimbrough and 20-year-old Calvin Starks are named in a first-degree murder indictment for the shooting death of Brendon Leggs last November.

Police said Leggs, 28, was fatally wounded outside Discount Tobacco and Beer at 37-B Lewis Street as he returned to his car from the market.

Details: The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has two new additions to the state’s ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ list, Darryl Antoine Starks and Terrance Christopher Kimbrough, both of Nashville.

Starks and Kimbrough were wanted by the Metro Nashville Police Department and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on multiple charges stemming from multiple incidents, including First Degree Murder, Attempted First Degree Murder, Reckless Endangerment, and weapons violations.

(July 19) — Arrest warrants charging three counts of aggravated assault and one count attempted homicide have been issued against Terrance Kimbrough, 18, and ex-con Darryl Starks, 31, for the shooting at 2 University Court in the J.C. Napier public housing development that critically wounded a woman and injured two others, including her 7-month-old son.

Sheranda Jones, 31, was holding her child and standing on her porch with two other men, Martez Parham, 23, and her cousin, Ernest Eddie, 25, at 7:30 p.m. when Starks and Kimbrough allegedly fired at them from a vehicle.

Jones was struck in the head. When she fell her son received minor abrasions. Eddie sustained a graze wound and refused treatment. Jones was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and remains in critical condition. Detectives believe that Parham and Eddie were the intended targets.

Starks has previous convictions for aggravated assault, aggravated burglary, fraud, and reckless endangerment.
