INDIANA — The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department is investigating after a woman apparently leaped from her moving car after she spotted a spider on her shoulder.
Angela Kipp, 35, of Syracuse, was in the car with her 9-year-old son when she jumped.
The boy crawled into the drivers seat in an attempt to stop the car but he hit the gas instead of the brake, causing the vehicle to crash into a school bus.
Police told WFTV the boy was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
No passengers were on board the bus at the time of the wreck.
The investigation is ongoing.
